If you wish to return/exchange an item bought online for delivery, refunds/exchanges are granted providing the item/s is returned in its original condition with all tags attached within 14 days of receipt.
If you wish to return/exchange an item bought using the checkout option of "pickup from our boutique", refunds/exchanges are granted providing the item/s is returned in its original condition with all tags attached within 10 days of purchase. Any time after this you will have up to 4 weeks for an exchange or credit note on the items.
Please note we cannot accept returns/exchanges if they are worn, damaged or stained with makeup/deodorant marks – if they are returned in this state then they will be sent back to you. We only accept exchanges if your size is still available and the item is still in stock, if not you are welcome to choose another item. Please send the parcel back using recorded delivery so you can track your order, we do not cover your shipping costs for the return of the item/s, and the item/s is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for the return address to send to.
Refunds will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Upon us receiving your returned goods, please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be credited back to your account.
Non Refundable Items
We do not refund/exchange:
- Sale Items (this includes items bought on promotion deals)
- Any items that are worn, damaged or stained with makeup/deodorant marks
We also do not refund/exchange bespoke items as due to small/one off quantities they are high demand pieces.
